| Hydrophilic (water swelling) waterstop. Conforms to gap variations, ensuring a complete seal by swelling when in contact with water. 400% minimum volume expansion. Delay coating to prevent premature expansion in concrete (may be exposed to rain before concrete pour). Colour change to indicate swelling has occurred. Available in different profiles to suit specific applications – construction joints, pipe penetrations, joint repairs, precast concrete joints, etc. Supplied as lengths. Some sections come with self-adhesive backing for simple installation. Eliminates welding of joints & is not distorted by vibration. Applications: Swimming Pools, Pipes, Dams, Tunnels, Buildings, etc. Good chemical resistance. Requires 50mm good quality concrete cover over all edges. May be used in conjunction with Leakmaster. Suitable for contact with potable water. |
| One component, putty-like, gun applied water-swelling sealant. Can be used where solid conventional seals cannot be used. Swells without losing rubber-like elasticity. Retains high tensile strength even after long-term exposure to water. Excellent method of sealing cracks or joints where water entry is a problem. Use for water sealing applications around steel beams, complex joints, exposed aggregate construction joints, etc. Suitable for contact with potable water. |
| A modular composite drainage and collection system consisting of a 3-dimensional, high flow drainage cored which is wrapped with a non-woven filter fabric. It is designed to replace a conventional sand or gravel covered pipe drain around building foundations and retaining walls. Soil particles are held back by the filter fabric allowing water to pass through to the drain core for easy removal by sump. A full array of fittings are available to simplify installation to existing pipes, etc. SWD-6 is 6 inches high by 1 inch wide and SWD-12 is 12 inches high by 1 inch wide. |
